  • A driver may choose their best five (5) rounds to count toward the Championship
  • The 4SS State Cup, to be held on the weekend of 16 Oct 2021, will be a double-points round.
  • Points score will be calculated as follows:

  • All drivers receive points only whilst they are a current financial member of SGKC.

    Should a driver become a member after any completed rounds, they will only score points for the rounds at which they were a financial member

  • At least three (3) rounds must run per class for it to be eligible for the Championship
  • A driver cannot convert points from one class to another if they change classes part way through the calendar
  • Race results will be determined as recorded on the MyLaps SpeedHive portal
  • Championship points tallies will be available on the SGKC website throughout the year
  • Only the winner of each class will receive a Club Championship trophy.

    Should there be a draw, both competitors in that class will be recognise as joint Club Champions and each shall receive a Club Championship Trophy

  • Club Champions will be awarded at the Karting SA End of Year Dinner in Dec 2022
