Tickets are now available for the 2019 South Australian Karting presentation evening. All Festival State Cup Awards and specific club trophies will be awarded. Bookings can be made under CMS and look for Karting SA.

All members, please be aware that the track will be closed on the following dates in the lead up to next weeks State Championship race meeting.

Track Closure Monday 16/09/19 – SAKC Pre Event Lock Out

Track Closure Tuesday 17/09/19 – SAKC Pre Event Lock Out

Track Closure Wednesday 18/09/19 – SAKC Pre Event Lock Out

*Track Closure Thursday 19/09/19 – SAKC Pit Allocation Day

*The track will be open on Thursday to SAKC competitors for pit allocation only. Karts will NOT be allowed onto the circuit for any reason, this includes running in of engines.

Important Notice – Friday Practice 2019 SAKC

Attention 2019 SAKC Entrants/Potential Entrants.

Friday practice sessions are NOT compulsory.

Please be aware that there will be timed practice sessions held on Friday. Those timed sessions are in place solely to determine the grid order in each class for qualifying. If you cannot participate in Fridays ‘timed’ practice sessions it will only mean your position on the out grid for qualifying will be to the rear.

Entries close at midnight tomorrow so if you’re not entered, please do so as soon as possible.

Track Security Information – 2019 SAKC

Security will be in place from 6pm on Thursday 19th of September until 6am Sunday 22nd of September.

There will be activity at the track on Thursday prior to 6pm so gear can be dropped off earlier than 6pm if required.

Sign-on will also be available on the Thursday afternoon/evening.

If you’re planning on staying at the track but have yet to contact us, please do so as soon as possible.

*Attention SA State Championship Competitors*

Changes have been made to the upcoming State Championship round. They are as follows;

1. Tyre pooling has been removed from this event.

Competitors will now source their own tyres for their respective class.

2. Entry fee is now $120. Removing tyre pooling reduces the entry fee by $270.

Competitors entered prior to the removal of tyre pooling, your refund has been processed. Please check you bank accounts over the week starting Monday 9/09/19. If you haven’t received it by 12/9/19, please contact the club.

3. Pre-entry has been extended. Entries will now be accepted until midnight 13/09/19.

Competitors that have not entered now have 7 days to do so.
